CUTTING EDGE CURRICULUM

Our camp curriculum is designed to keep players at the forefront of the game. From technical mastery to advanced tactics, campers will gain insights into what it takes to excel at every level of field hockey. We also cover essential topics like mental strength, health, and one-on-one interaction through Q&A sessions with our student-athletes.

At Wake Forest, we teach from the ground up. Each day starts with an individual focus, such as new passing techniques, advanced elimination moves, or defensive strategies. These skills are then integrated into small-group drills and competitive scenarios, emphasizing how they contribute to winning strategies.

The day concludes with full-field scrimmages and 7v7 games, allowing players to apply what they’ve learned in dynamic gameplay. No two sessions are the same—our drills and games are inspired by the best practices from top programs worldwide. Alongside on-field instruction, campers experience film breakdowns, tactical discussions, and weight room sessions, providing a true Division I athlete experience.
