TEAM OVERNIGHT CAMP 2025

Check-In: 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. July 25th
Check-Out: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. July 27th
Cost: $8,440 per team ($8,000 + $440 Fee)
Max of 18 players and 2 coaches per team
$1,500 non refundable deposit - Balance due July 1st

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

  1. Coaches register your team to attend by clicking the register button below.
  2. Athletes - after your coach has registered your team, click register below to complete required forms electronically.

Let us prepare your team for the upcoming season! This is a team camp, offering team building, individual skill work, tactical team learning, and for coaches to attend and do some workshops to prepare yourself and your team for the upcoming fall season. Team and coaches will stay overnight in the dorm with their team.

Each camper will receive a double sided pinnie.

Location: Kentner Stadium and Water tower turf fields (water based turf and field turf surfaces), Football indoor as a backup for bad weather.

What to bring:

  • Twin XL sheets, pillow, blanket or sleeping bag, towel for shower, water, snacks (mini fridge in room), turf shoes or sneakers (NO CLEATS OR SPIKES ALLOWED), stick, shin guards, GKs must bring their own equipment.
  • Additional information:
    • Each team MUST have a minimum of 14 players attend for the safety of playing 11v11 games and having enough subs to not compromise the players in the heat, and a maximum of 18 players may attend. Each team must be accompanied by at least 1 coach, 2 max. Coaches will also stay in the dorm near their team as a supervisor, and will have coaching specific workshops and speakers to enhance their knowledge and challenge their coaching skills as well.
    • Food allergies or specific medical conditions should be communicated with us as well, we can accommodate most needs that we are informed about ahead of time.

Camp Staff: Wake Forest Field Hockey staff (Jen Averill, Jackie Briggs, Pietie Coetzee-Turner, Roxy Coetzee-Turner), and a few outside coaches to help facilitate, and current student athletes will be with each team as a liaison.

Refund Policy:
Clinics sell out quickly, and with a waitlist in place, we need to be able to fill your spot within a week. Our refund policy is established with this in mind:

  • No credits will be issued for future clinics.
  • Cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the clinic: Refund will be issued minus a $25 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation within 2 weeks of the clinic: No refund will be issued unless a doctor’s note declares you unfit to participate. In such cases, a 50% refund will be provided.

If the camp or clinic is canceled:

A full refund will be issued minus the registration fee.

This policy applies only to registrants who do not purchase insurance.

 

Camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender).
